Villa Pax is on Corralejo's most exclusive residential street, Grandes Playas, and is conveniently located to everything Corralejo has to offer. In just a five minute walk, you will reach multiple grocers, restaurants and pubs. In just a ten minute walk, you will reach the city center and all of its shops, restaurants, pubs and surf schools. However, the villa is tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood so you and your family will enjoy peaceful and quiet evenings. With the ocean only a few steps away, you will have direct access to one of the best stretches of beach in Corralejo. Turn right as you exit the pool deck and you can walk along the beach for miles while enjoying the dunes of the Corralejo National Seashore.
At home, you will have views of Isla de Lobos, wind surfers gliding through the water, and boats coming and going from Puerto de Corralejo. Outside you can enjoy our private heated swimming pool, adjustable sun loungers (aluminum, not plastic), a cozy outdoor sofa area, a family dining space, and an abundance of potted plants that make the terrace feel like a lush oasis. You can also enjoy panoramic views from the roof terrace.
Villa Pax has been extensively renovated and the interior has a peaceful, modern Scandinavian feel. The living room has comfortable sofas, a beautiful view, and an open feel with plenty of room to relax. You and your family will sleep well as each bedroom has beds with deluxe memory foam mattresses, ceiling fans, and the soothing sound of waves. The kitchen features an induction cook-top, granite work surfaces, a full size dishwasher and refrigerator, and a magnificent view. The luxurious bathrooms have been completely rebuilt and feature large walk-in showers and tiles in the native Fuerte color palette. Our well maintained home it is equipped with quality features, and we do our utmost to keep everything in good working order. We often hear from our guests that they feel they are visiting our home, not a rental business focused on the bottom line.
In January 2019 the swimming pool was rebuilt and converted to a saltwater pool which is a healthier alternative to the traditional freshwater swimming pool. The water salinity is much more dilute than seawater, so the salt can't be tasted.
